Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Because Paddle processes your payments, all refunds are ultimately issued and handled by Paddle in accordance with their Buyer Terms and Conditions.

5. Effect of Cancellation and Refund

If your refund is processed, your subscription will be immediately terminated, and your account will be downgraded to the Free Tier. Any data exceeding the Free Tier limits may become inaccessible or require manual deletion to comply with limits.
