Welcome to Logic Systems Studio. By accessing or using our applications (including Invenly, Wealth Architect, and Smart Routine), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Description of Service

Logic Systems Studio provides software applications, including but not limited to Invenly, a cross-platform inventory and warehouse management system. Features, limitations, and access depend on your selected subscription tier.

2. Subscription Tiers and Limitations

Invenly is provided under different subscription tiers. You agree to adhere to the limits associated with your tier. Any attempt to circumvent these limits may result in account termination.

Free Tier: Limited to 1 warehouse, 40 inventory items, and 2 team members. Item image uploads are not supported.
Pro Tier: Limited to 3 warehouses, 400 inventory items, and 5 team members. Includes item image uploads.
Enterprise Tier: Unlimited warehouses, items, and users.

3. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle's Consumer Terms and Conditions.

4. Data Backup and Responsibility

CRITICAL: USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR DATA

You are solely responsible for maintaining complete and accurate backups of all data entered into Invenly, including but not limited to items, quantities, transaction records, and user lists. Logic Systems Studio does not guarantee that your data will not be lost, corrupted, or otherwise compromised. Under no circumstances shall we be held liable for any data loss or the resulting business disruption.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our applications are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Logic Systems Studio makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Logic Systems Studio, its developers, or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our applications, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
